Hi, Hazem. There are two universities in Adygeya – the Adyghe State University and the Maykop State Technological University. Both are located in Maykop, the capital of Adygeya. AFAIK, none of these two universities provide people with higher medical education, if nothing changed during the last couple of years. So all locals who would like to become a medical doctor have either to leave Adygeya for another region, or enter a university which has a branch in Adygeya (for example, the Maykop branch of the Kuban State Medical University).
Working in Adygeya as a medical doctor is, probably, not a problem for any foreigner who knows Russian language (most communication, journals and documentation are in Russian), and who aren’t afraid of the fact that medicine (including surgery) in Russia is officially free.
As for distance learning, you should ask the officials whether there are such programs. Find contacts using the links above, if you like.
