... about dolmens - the houses of dwarfs.

Time kept for us unique monuments of most ancient human culture - dolmens. They are tombs of primitive epoch. Adyghs name them "Uspuuny"that means houses for dwarfs. On a legend in old times a tribe of dwarfs subordinated a tribe of giants. And they forced them to build tombs in which they buried several died dwarfs. Russian call dolmens "Bogatyrskaya Khatka". Today there are several dolmens remained.

They are near settlements in Maykopsky region. Some of dolmens spared the time, some of them were destroyed by the people, who forgot that this monuments should keep and transfer as a relay race one generation to another from centuries to centuries, from epoch to epoch.
